This document covers the rules you must follow when using this platform, account registration procedures, financial limits, and player responsibilities.

These "Terms and Conditions" represent mvp44 and all of its related services. By using this platform, opening an account, or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

This document is written in Burmese and is based on Myanmar law and practice. If any section is unclear, you can contact the mvp44 support team to request clarification.

Note: mvp44 may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms.

Account Registration Requirements

Age and Identity

Only users aged 21 and above may use the mvp44 platform. Anyone opening an account must confirm that they are 21 or older. If underage access is found, mvp44 will immediately close that account and may confiscate any remaining balance.

  • You must provide accurate personal information when registering an account. Providing false information will result in account closure.
  • Each account must be owned by one individual. Transferring or lending an account to others is not permitted.
  • Each person may open only one account on mvp44. Any additional accounts opened without authorisation will be closed.

Account Responsibility

Each player is personally responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. mvp44 is not liable for any financial losses that occur if a third party accesses your account.

  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the mvp44 support team immediately.
  • If there are signs that your account is being altered without your knowledge, mvp44 may temporarily suspend it as a protective measure.

Deposits

You can deposit a minimum of 10,000 Ks using any payment method on this platform.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

If your funds do not arrive on time after following the deposit process, you can contact the mvp44 support team.

The deposit process may take a little time depending on how quickly your bank or payment service provider processes the transaction.

Withdrawals

A minimum balance of 20,000 Ks is required to withdraw, and withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours (Myanmar Standard Time, UTC+6:30).

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on the withdrawal form.
  • mvp44 reserves the right to refuse any request to transfer funds to a third party's account.
  • Funds earned through bonuses may only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

Please note that any withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold while it is being reviewed by the verification team.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

mvp44 offers a 200% welcome bonus for first-time depositors. You can receive up to 500,000 Ks in bonus funds.

Wagering Requirement: You must wager the bonus amount 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example (calculation):

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 40,000 Ks bonus → total balance 60,000 Ks → must wager 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
  • Deposit 520,000 Ks → receive 500,000 Ks bonus (maximum) → total balance 1,020,000 Ks → must wager 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. Note that some games may not count toward the wagering requirement when playing with a bonus, so please check the terms for each game individually.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which supplement these general terms.
  • If bonus abuse is detected — meaning any attempt to manipulate or exploit bonuses — the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus period expires, the remaining bonus balance will be automatically removed.
  • Bonus offers may be changed or discontinued at any time at mvp44's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

Actions Players Are Not Allowed to Take

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Using bots, automated play software, or any form of software manipulation.
  • Attempting any scheme related to money laundering.
  • Opening or transferring duplicate accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
  • Attempting to disrupt or damage the service or other players.
  • Attempting to hack the platform's systems by any means.

If any of the above prohibitions are found to have been violated, mvp44 reserves the right to close that player's account without prior warning and forfeit any remaining balance.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

mvp44 has strict verification procedures in place to combat money laundering. For any deposit or withdrawal that raises suspicion, mvp44 may carry out investigations and request personal identification information (KYC). Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the investigation period.

Platform Access and Outages

While mvp44 strives to keep the platform available at all times, temporary inaccessibility may occur due to technical maintenance, network congestion, or events beyond our control. mvp44 will not be held responsible in such cases.

If your connection drops during a game, the outcome will be determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG) result, and that result will be considered an accepted action by mvp44.

Requesting Gaming Limits

Any player who wants to limit their gaming activity can request this from the mvp44 support team. You may request deposit limits, betting limits, or a temporary or permanent account closure.

Dispute Resolution

If players have a complaint about a game result, they may submit it to the mvp44 support team within 7 days of the incident. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted for any reason.

mvp44's decision is final and is based on data and calculation records.

Account Closure and Suspension

A player may request to close their account at any time. mvp44 may also suspend an account without prior notice if the player violates the platform's terms.

At the time of account closure, any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement will be forfeited, and any verified remaining balance will be returned after checks are completed.

Intellectual Property

The mvp44 platform and all of its designs, logos, software, content, images, and creations are legally protected intellectual property of mvp44. Copying, distributing, or reproducing them in any form without permission is strictly prohibited.
